What's actually different
Generated from the brands' published specs. Nothing here comes from lab testing; see how we read specs.
Core thickness
The Perseus 3S Dual 14mm has the thinner core: 14mm against 16mm. Thinner cores generally hit harder with a firmer feel; thicker cores absorb more pace, which helps dinks and resets.
Weight
The Perseus 3S Dual 16mm is 0.2 oz heavier: 8 oz against 7.8 oz. Static weight alone doesn't tell you how a paddle swings; swingweight does, when the brand publishes it.
Handle
Both have a 5.5" handle. Grip circumference is 4.125" on the Perseus 3S Dual 14mm and 4.25" on the Perseus 3S Dual 16mm.
Face and core
Face: Carbon Friction Surface (textured carbon fiber) (carbon) on the Perseus 3S Dual 14mm, Textured carbon fiber (carbon) on the Perseus 3S Dual 16mm.
What's the same, or can't be compared

- Swingweight: Swingweight is not published for either paddle, so we can't compare it.
- Twistweight: Twistweight is not published for either paddle, so we can't compare it.
- Price: Same price right now: $200 at JustPaddles (checked Oct 20).
- Warranty: 6-12 months (12 months requires registration) on both.
