What's actually different
Generated from the brands' published specs. Nothing here comes from lab testing; see how we read specs.
Core thickness
The C45 Aurelius 12.7mm (Anna Leigh Waters) has the thinner core: 12.7mm against 16mm. Thinner cores generally hit harder with a firmer feel; thicker cores absorb more pace, which helps dinks and resets.
Weight
The C45 Aurelius 16mm (Anna Leigh Waters) is 0.35 oz heavier: 7.8 oz against 7.45 oz. Static weight alone doesn't tell you how a paddle swings; swingweight does, when the brand publishes it.
Price
The C45 Aurelius 12.7mm (Anna Leigh Waters) costs $70 less right now: $160 at JustPaddles (checked Oct 20) against $230 at JustPaddles (checked Oct 20).
